The Applications/Liability Release forms must be completed without modification and handed over to the FlyingFish Officials.

  • A minimum of 10% Deposit required at the time of booking.
  • If final balance is not received by the time specified within your booking confirmation receipt, Flying Fish has the right to cancel the booking and resell the spaces with no return of deposit.
  • Cancellations can only be acknowledged if received in writing, by email on our cancellation form. No cancellations accepted by telephone.
  • Cancellation received more than 60 days prior to dive. Deposit returned (less bank fees and admin charge)
  • Cancellation received within 30 days of dive. 25% of diving package will be deducted
  • Cancellation received within 24 hours of dive. Non-refundable.
  • However, one change to the date of the Dive is allowed provided there is availability on the preferred date. If you don't turn up on the rescheduled date, the dive will stand cancelled automatically.

UNUSED SERVICES:

No refund or compensation is payable by Flying Fish for any unused training or trip. Clients, who do not complete the dive, training or trip for whatsoever reason, cannot be refunded for a portion of the total cost.
