To make the reservation process work as smoothly as possible, please read and follow these simple Terms and Conditions.

CHECKLIST

  • Check schedule & basic availability of all courses
  • If you are coming from outside India, please check Visas, Passports, Inoculations and other health requirements
  • All bookings received are on these Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you read them carefully

CERTIFICATION

If you are a certified Diver looking to dive with us, Please ensure you have a copy of your most recent certification card and dive log for the dive leader's attention. Failure to show your certification may result in doing a new diving course.

LIABILITY RELEASE FORMS

Once at the diving centre, you will be required to sign a liability waiver release form before diving/departure. If taking diving courses at the diving centre a medical questionnaire is also standard, please bring any medical conditions to the attention of Flying Fish and produce a doctor's medical clearance for diving upon arrival. You can download the PADI/SSI medical statement forms from our website.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Payments are accepted via PayTM’s secure online payment gateway. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards as well. We also accept direct bank transfers or you can pay in cash at our dive centre. If you choose to pay by direct bank transfer however, you must pay any additional charges incurred by the bank. Also, please confirm your reservation via our online booking.

We will NEVER pass on any of your personal information to third parties.

 

RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Loss or damage to any dive equipment you hire is your responsibility, and a charge will be made to repair or replace any items on a new for old basis. For this, a deposit will be kept before when you hire the equipment.

PROGRAM CHANGES

Flying Fish reserves the right to rearrange the order of any itinerary, to cancel or substitute elements of any plan without notice when local conditions force such changes. Each day diving, tour, liveaboard is operated on minimum number of booking per boat. In the event that the minimum number of bookings is not attained, you may be rebooked.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF FLYING FISH

The tour member/Customer/Diver acknowledges that neither Flying Fish staff or agents shall be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, death, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any Service Provider or by "force major" or other events beyond Flying Fish’s control, including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, pilferage, delays, severe weather, Acts of Government, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicles or industrial disputes. 


Flying Fish shall not be liable for, or responsible to, any tour member in the event of dissatisfaction based on personal opinion regarding the standard of service or accommodation provided by any Service Provider nor is liable or responsible for any disappointment, distress, lack of enjoyment arising from any act or omission whatsoever. Flying Fish will only acknowledge liability in the case of proven justified complaints relating to specific and tangible inadequacies of facilities, accommodation or services provided. In the event of such a complaint the customer is requested to immediately contact Flying Fish or the Service Provider, hotel etc., for remedial action to resolve any problem or irregularity at that time. Only if such a complaint has been lodged will Flying Fish consider fully investigating and acting on any complaint.

INSURANCE

Scuba Diving is one of the safest Adventure sports activities. But, We recommend that if you intend to go scuba diving, you have an insurance policy that covers this activity.
